Three Percussion Moods by Michael Boo is a three-movement piece for five (or more) percussionists. Each movement is a light vignette based on phrases of seven measures. The individual parts are simple enough for dedicated middle school or early high school students.

- Player 5: Timpani (2 or 3), Optional Bird Whistle
