Paiste Color Sound 900 Black Cymbals are more physically flexible than many other cymbals, resulting in a lot of give and control at low volumes. Partially made by hand and partly by machine, they feature a glossy black finish that looks totally unique. It won't chip or crack, and it slightly dries up the sustain and overtones.
These 14" hi hats feature the Sound Edge, a shape that allows air to escape from between the cymbals. This change adds some brightness and crispiness to the overall sound.
