The Meinl Byzance Traditional Heavy Ride Cymbal is a hefty cymbal with a ton of body and projection that makes it great for ride-heavy genres where you need a lot of clarity and wash simultaneously.
The thickness of the cymbal combined with the hammering creates a low fundamental, but the stick definition remains clear and thick, as compared to some other thick cymbals which tend to lose the stick sound in the wash.
