Evans EQ3 Reso Onyx Bass Drum Heads are made with a single ply of 7.5-mil film equipped with an offset 5" microphone port that allows you to get easy, beautiful sounds in the recording studio. An internal overtone control ring helps eliminate those annoying high overtones.
This head features moderate sustain and tone, good for a huge range of musical applications. Onyx heads have a matte finish that don't reflect light like Black heads would.
