Aquarian Hi-Frequency Drum Heads are thin, made of a single 7mil ply of plastic. They create bright tones and are sensitive to all dynamic levels. People most often use these on the bottoms of their toms as resonant heads.
Of course, you can still put this 16" head on the batter side of your drum, but you'll have to be careful with how hard you play - they aren't made to withstand a lot of abuse.
