Innovative Percussion IP3103 Ludwig Albert Soft Marimba

The Ludwig Albert series IP3103 soft yarn marimba mallets are crafted from superior materials with specifications from Belgium marimba artist Ludwig Albert III making them not only structurally sound, but sonically superb. The IP3103 feature the finest rattan handles, cut to a length that offers the best balance for any playing situation. The specially weighted rubber core is soft in the IP3103 and it's shape is ideally suited for bass marimba parts as well as higher octaves when a full warm sound is needed. Wool-blend yarn is used in these mallets for durability and exceptional tone. Because of the number of mallets in this series, the firmness of the IP3103 is increased only slightly over the IP3102 mallets.
