The Ludwig Albert series IP3104 medium soft yarn marimba mallets are crafted from superior materials with specifications from Belgium marimba artist Ludwig Albert III making them not only structurally sound, but sonically superb. The IP3104 feature the finest rattan handles, cut to a length that offers the best balance for any playing situation. The specially weighted rubber core is medium soft in the IP3104 and it's shape is ideally suited for mid-register marimba parts as well as higher octaves when a full warm sound is needed. Wool-blend yarn is used in these mallets for durability and exceptional tone. Because of the number of mallets in this series, the firmness of the IP3104 is increased only slightly over the IP3103 mallets.
