The Pearl Integrated Suspension System Mount is designed to replace a tom's attachment hardware built into the shell with mounting hardware that integrates with the counter hoop. This improves resonance of the drum overall and puts less strain on the shell!
This ISS Mount fits 8" to 10" drums with 1.6mm counter hoops.
