The Ludwig 5" x 14" Supraphonic Snare Drum has been extremely popular throughout its long legacy. Its chrome-plated, seamless, beaded aluminum shell gives it a bright, dry metallic tone that blends well with a huge range of genres. It can be subtle enough for jazz, but dig in and it has the power to handle hard rock.
Triple flanged hoops and a P-85 throw-off are equipped, providing simple reliability, and the addition of tube lugs makes for extra durability and easier tuning.
