LP 12" Aluminum Caixa

The caixa, the Brazilian equivalent of a snare drum, is available from Latin Percussion. The 12" x 7" aluminum shell projects the traditional sound powerfully and is weather resistant. The 12-strand snares give the drum its characteristic sound, and can be adjusted/disengaged with the throw-off. This instrument is also easy to tune with a standard drum key.
