The Remo 22" Powerstroke 3 White Suede Bass Drum Head features an accentuated low-end and overtone control. This batter head is made of a single-ply 10-mil textured film which creates a soft, rounded low tone and the 10-mil inlay ring around the around edge dampens higher frequencies to help produce this pure, low sound.
This drum head is best suited for lighter playing such as jazz or folk, genres that are well suited for the warm, focused tone that doesn't require a big punch.
