The Meinl Snarecraft Professional Cajon is designed to be as versatile as any percussionist who plays it. The 7-ply Almond Birch body gives this cajon an open, warm tone while the Baltic Birch front plate allows for a focused sound, and very wide dynamic range.
The punchy, bass tones are balanced beautifully with extra crisp snare attack. Dual sets of internal snares are fixed against the frontplate for excellent response at any dynamic.
The top corners of the frontplate are ergonomically rounded for added comfort and playability.
