J.S. Bach's Brandenburg Concertos are widely regarded as some of the finest music that came out of the Baroque Era. Brian Slawson arranges Brandenburg No. 2: Allegro Moderato for percussion ensemble. Written solely for keyboard instruments, this work captures the quality and tone of the original piece quite well.
This is a perfect piece for challenging a middle school group or for a younger high school ensemble.
