Tapspace High Rise by John Paul Chapman

High Rise by John Paul Chapman is an energetic, upbeat work for a moderately well-developed percussion ensemble. It is written to illustrate the construction of a skyscraper, using elements of blues, jazz & contemporary classical music to set the scene. Every member of the 8-person ensemble has both their own keyboard part and some sort of percussion part, whether constructed of traditional percussion instruments or some combination of other things you're able to hit to make sound.
