Very Much (A Lot) by Joshua Garrett does not sound like your run of the mill steel band piece. Inspired by the guitar and bass line from Crush by Dave Matthews Band, this work has elements of a medium tempo mambo blended with a straight forward rock beat which gives it an interesting and haunting sound.
Scored for a standard steel band with rhythm section, this is a great piece to add to any steel band set to add in a bit of diversity!
