Pearl's Stop Locks attach to your stand with a drum key and can be adjusted to make sure the stand doesn't slide down if it loosens while you're playing. These are also great for remembering your exact height settings when you're on the road or travelling to a gig.
You can also save otherwise useless stripped stands with these contraptions - if a stand won't stay up anymore because of a stripped wingnut, this ring stopper will let you adjust the height again.
